At The Custom Memory Shop, all physical products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. This allows us to offer personalised items while reducing overproduction and waste.

Production Time

All physical items are custom-made after your order is placed.

Production time:
2–5 business days

During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time (Estimated)

After production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note:

· Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

· Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

· Destination

· Product type

· Order size

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

· The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

· Refunds will not include original shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase and do not require shipping.

No physical item will be mailed for digital purchases.
