At The Custom Memory Shop, all physical products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners.

Because each item is custom-produced once an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

· Incorrect size selected

· Change of mind

· Ordering the wrong color or variation

· Buyer’s remorse

However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If your item arrives with:

· A manufacturing defect

· A printing error

· The wrong item

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

· Your order number

· Clear photos of the issue

· A brief description

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned.

 

For Digital Products (Printable Downloads)

The Custom Memory Shop also offers digital printable products.

Digital files are:

· Delivered electronically

· Available for instant download

· Non-physical items

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
